Zebra ZD420-HC (ZD42H42-T0EW02EZ)

The Zebra ZD420t-HC is the healthcare version of Zebra's previous-generation 4-inch ZD420t thermal transfer desktop printer – now succeeded by the ZD421-HC and still a dependable choice for lab and specimen, blood and IV bag, pharmacy, asset and patient record labels and patient ID wristbands. It takes 74 m and 300 m ribbon rolls for durable, smudge-proof labels on paper and synthetic materials and prints sharp 203 dpi labels up to 104 mm wide at up to 152 mm/s, with ZPL and EPL support and Link-OS management. Disinfectant-ready plastics and a sealed button interface withstand constant cleaning, and the IEC 60601-1 compliant power supply is approved for use in healthcare facilities. This version, ZD42H42-T0EW02EZ, combines USB with a factory-installed dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) + Bluetooth 4.1 radio; the power supply, EU and UK power cords and a USB cable are included, so it is ready to print as soon as you add labels and a ribbon.
