RAM Mounts GDS Hardwire Charger, USB-C 9 V (Non-PD), 10–30 V Input (RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V7CU) is a GDS hardwire charger that is wired directly to the vehicle's power supply and delivers USB-C power at 5.42–9 V (max. 2.5 A) to GDS vehicle docks and other docks with a USB-C power input. Its 10–30 V DC input range covers 12 V and 24 V systems, making it suitable for most cars, vans and trucks. The 2.5 m bare-wire input cable connects to the on-board supply, and the 1 m output cable ends in a male USB-C connector that plugs into the dock. When devices change, simply unplug the connector and attach new charger components – no rewiring needed. This model does not support USB Power Delivery; the PD version is RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V3C-3U.
