Zebra VC8300 10" Vehicle Terminal (VC83-10FSRNBAABA-I)

The Zebra VC8300 is an ultra-rugged Android vehicle-mount computer for forklifts, reach trucks, cranes and yard vehicles – built for warehouses, cold stores, loading docks and outdoor yards. It combines a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM / 32 GB Flash, Wi-Fi 5 with 2x2 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0 and IP66 sealing with a heated internal UPS battery, a 10–60 V DC isolated power supply and pre-licensed Ivanti Velocity terminal emulation, so existing green-screen apps run right out of the box. This version, VC83-10FSRNBAABA-I, has a 10.4" XGA heated resistive touchscreen (1024 × 768, usable with gloves or a passive stylus) and six programmable keys and an on-screen keyboard instead of a built-in keyboard (an external keyboard is optional) – it is the freezer model with heated display, heated electronics and condensation control for use down to −30 °C.

Key Features

• Android migration made simple – Ivanti Velocity is pre-installed and pre-licensed, so terminal emulation (TE) apps run unchanged; All-touch TE turns green screens into touch-friendly Android screens without coding.
• Large 10.4" touchscreen – XGA display for graphical, interactive apps, with six programmable keys (twelve with the blue modifier key), volume and brightness keys and an on-screen keyboard; add a heated external QWERTY keyboard when needed.
• Freezer-ready – heated touchscreen, heated circuit boards and connectors, inside and outside temperature sensors and automatic heater control keep the unit frost- and condensation-free from −30 °C to 50 °C.
• Powerful platform – Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core 2.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB pSLC Flash; Android with Google Mobile Services, upgradeable to Android 14, with Zebra LifeGuard security updates.
• Reliable wireless – Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) with 2x2 MU-MIMO, WorryFree WiFi and switchable internal/external antennas; Bluetooth 5.0 with a pairing barcode on the unit for instant scanner and printer pairing.
• No lost data – the heated internal UPS battery keeps the computer running for at least 30 minutes when vehicle power is interrupted; the wide 10–60 V DC isolated input fits most forklifts.
• Connect your peripherals – USB-C 3.0, two USB 2.0 host ports (one powered with 12 V), two RS-232 ports with power on pin 9 and a 3.5 mm jack for a push-to-talk speaker-mic.
• Backwards compatible – re-uses VC70 and VC80 mounts, power cables and accessories; install it with standard RAM mounts, a U-mount or the 10-second quick-release mount.
• Loud and clear – 87 dB front speaker for scanner feedback in noisy halls; Workforce Connect PTT Express included for push-to-talk over Wi-Fi.

Ideal Applications

• Forklifts and reach trucks in warehouses: receiving, put-away, picking and replenishment
