The Honeywell Voyager XP 1472g is a cordless Bluetooth® handheld barcode scanner built on Honeywell's proven Voyager platform. It reads poorly printed and damaged barcodes at the first attempt, reaches items at the bottom of a shopping cart thanks to its extended scan distance, and its 2,400 mAh battery lasts a full 14-hour shift. Built to survive 30 drops from 1.8 m, it is backed by a 3-year Honeywell warranty. This version, 1472G2D-2-R, is the 2D model (reads 1D, PDF417 and 2D codes, also from phone screens) in black and is supplied as the scanner only – the charge and communication base, the interface cable and the power supply are not included.

• Charge and communication base – the CCB01 base charges the scanner and connects to the host via USB, RS232, keyboard wedge or IBM 46xx (RS485), depending on the cable; it is powered from the USB port, with an optional power supply for faster charging.
