The Honeywell Voyager 1200g is a reliable, affordable corded 1D laser barcode scanner for retail checkouts, offices, libraries and light warehouse work. It reads poor-quality and damaged linear barcodes at 100 scan lines per second, switches automatically to hands-free presentation scanning when placed in a stand, and supports USB, keyboard wedge (KBW) and RS232 in one multi-interface scanner – the interface is detected automatically from the cable. It is backed by a 5-year Honeywell warranty. Please note: as a 1D laser scanner, it does not read 2D codes such as QR codes, nor barcodes shown on phone screens. This version, 1200G-2, comes in black and is supplied as the scanner only – an interface cable is not included.

⚠️ Please note: this version does not include a cable. The scanner cannot be connected to a computer or POS system without one, so please order an interface cable separately – for most setups the Honeywell coiled USB cable CBL-500-300-C00 (3 m) or the Honeywell straight USB cable CBL-500-300-S00 (3 m) is the right choice. Alternatively, choose a version that already includes a USB cable (see the comparison table below).

- 1D only – please check your barcodes – the Voyager 1200g reads linear barcodes printed on labels, packaging and documents. It does not read QR codes, Data Matrix, PDF417 or other 2D codes, nor barcodes shown on phone screens; for those, choose the Honeywell Voyager XP 1470g 2D scanner.
