The Honeywell ScanPal EDA5S is a super-slim enterprise mobile computer with a smartphone-like design – just 218 g and 11.2 mm thin – for retail, healthcare, hospitality and field-service teams that want a pocketable device which still survives 1.2 m drops and is IP67 sealed. It combines a 5.5-inch Gorilla Glass 5 touchscreen that works with gloves, a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor, Android 11 (upgradeable to Android 13), Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and 13 MP + 5 MP cameras. This version, EDA5S-11A034N21RK: no barcode scan engine (camera-only model for communication and apps), 3 GB RAM / 32 GB Flash and 4G LTE mobile data (Nano SIM + eSIM) with GPS, plus Wi-Fi 5.
