The BIXOLON XT5-40 is a 4-inch industrial thermal transfer label printer built for logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and busy distribution centres. It prints sharp 203 dpi labels at up to 356 mm/s (14 ips) with a print width of 104 mm, holds 203 mm label rolls and 450 m ribbons, and pairs a rugged aluminium body with Gigabit Ethernet, USB, RS-232 and two USB host ports. This version, XT5-40ND9S, comes with: a 4.3-inch colour touch display, label peeler and internal rewinder (liner take-up).

⚠️ Please note: no USB cable is included. To connect the printer to a PC via USB, please order the BIXOLON USB-KAB-G (USB A to B, 1.8 m) separately – or connect it to your network with a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable.

💡 Useful extras: a spare 203 dpi print head (BIXOLON AE04-00043A-AS) – replaced without tools; the BIXOLON SER-KAB-9-9 serial cable for RS-232 connections; BIXOLON cleaning pens (BIXOLON PCP-R200II/STD) for routine print head care; spare C13 power cords (JE39-00060A (EU), JE39-00064H (UK), SWISSPWRCRD (CH)).
