The BIXOLON XT5-40NR (XT5-40NRES) is a 4-inch industrial thermal transfer label printer with a built-in UHF RFID encoder that prints and encodes RFID smart labels in a single pass – at 203 dpi and up to 356 mm/s (14 ips). It takes label rolls up to 203 mm (8") on 1.5"–3" cores and 450 m ribbons, speaks ZPL II, EPL and DPL via BPL-Z™/BPL-E™/BPL-D™ emulation and connects via USB, RS-232, Gigabit Ethernet and two USB host ports, with a 4.3-inch colour touch LCD. The power supply is built in; a USB cable is optional – check the power cord note in the box below.
