It combines a C-size diamond ball base with a flat Tough-Mag magnetic base of 88 mm (3.46") diameter that holds with ten N52 magnets, while its rubber exterior protects the mounting surface from scratches. Two M4 threaded inserts in the 2-hole AMPS pattern (48.6 mm) carry the ball base and also accept other RAM B- or C-size 2-hole AMPS diamond ball bases.

📦 What's in the box – RAM-238-MAG88U

Tough-Mag 88 mm magnetic adapter – 2-hole AMPS pattern with M4 threaded inserts (RAM-MAG88DU)

Diamond ball base – C-size (1.5"), 2-hole AMPS (RAM-238U)

💡 You might also consider a C-size double socket arm and a C-size VESA 75 ball plate to attach a terminal or display with a VESA 75 pattern.

View accessories →

Key Features

Magnetic mounting – Ø 88 mm (3.46") Tough-Mag base with ten N52 magnets – no drilling on steel surfaces

Surface-friendly – rubber exterior helps protect the mounting surface from scratches

Interchangeable ball bases – M4 inserts in the 2-hole AMPS pattern accept RAM B- or C-size diamond ball bases

C-size (1.5") rubber ball – connects to any RAM C-size double socket arm, with near-infinite adjustment

Load rating – up to 1.8 kg (4 lb) standard use;
