Zebra RS5100 Wireless Ring Barcode Scanner (RS51C0-TESNWR)

The Zebra RS5100 is a featherlight Bluetooth wearable ring scanner – just 70 g and barely larger than a matchbox – that reads 1D and 2D barcodes while both hands stay free for the goods. Built for warehouses, distribution centres and the retail floor alike, it pairs in a second with Zebra mobile computers such as the WT6300 wearable or the TC52 handheld by NFC tap-to-pair, and also connects to any Bluetooth smartphone, tablet or PC. This version, RS51C0-TESNWR, uses the SE4770 imager with global shutter and red laser cross-hair aimer, comes with the single trigger and the extended 735 mAh battery for longer shifts and cold environments down to −20 °C.

• SE4770 scan engine – global shutter, high-end lens and a wider 48° field of view for intensive scanning; the crisp red laser cross-hair aimer gives pinpoint accuracy, with twice the range of the legacy RS507X (up to about 92 cm for 20 mil Code 39).
• Captures virtually any barcode – Zebra PRZM Intelligent Imaging, a megapixel sensor and Zebra's decoding algorithms read even damaged, dirty and poorly printed 1D and 2D barcodes almost instantly.
• Single trigger – worn on one finger with a comfort pad and nylon strap; it rotates between the right and left side so users can choose and easily switch their scanning hand, and its charge contacts let the scanner charge in the RS5100 ring scanner cradles.
• Five interchangeable wearing styles – single finger mount with single or double trigger, back of hand mount, enterprise hand mount and lanyard trigger; mounts can be swapped at any time and are shared with the RS6100.
• Just tap to pair – tap the RS5100 on an NFC-enabled Zebra device such as the WT6300 or TC52, with no pairing barcode or Bluetooth menu needed.
• Bluetooth 5.2 with BLE – connects to Zebra handheld, wearable and vehicle-mount computers or to any Bluetooth smartphone, tablet or PC (HID and SPP profiles) – no cable to the host for workers to manage.
• Extended 735 mAh battery – the PowerPrecision+ battery powers longer shifts, enables operation down to −20 °C and offers a longer battery lifecycle; removable and swappable in seconds.
• Tiny and practically weightless – just 70 g and 61 × 28 × 21 mm; the low profile does not get in the way when reaching into tight spaces.
• Rugged for the enterprise – IP65 sealing (it even survives a high-pressure hose-down), multiple 1.8 m drops to concrete, 1,000 tumbles and ±15 kV ESD protection; the metal buckle and nylon finger straps do not wear out like hook-and-loop fasteners.
• Long-life, personal triggers – triggers are rated for millions of actuations, and the modular two-piece design lets every worker have their own trigger for better hygiene; trigger, charge contacts and vibration motor are replaceable on site.
• Programmable LEDs and beeper – four programmable RGB LEDs on the back and a beeper of up to 85 dBA confirm every scan, even in noisy back rooms.
