TSC PEX-2000 Series Print Engine

The TSC PEX-2000 Series is a print engine for print-and-apply systems and automated labelling lines, built into an applicator or production machine rather than standing on a desk. It prints thermal transfer and direct thermal, has a 3.5-inch colour LCD, USB, RS232, Ethernet, parallel and a GPIO (DB15F) port for line control, and comes in 4-inch and 6-inch widths at up to 600 dpi, as left-hand or right-hand versions.

Read the part number as PEX-2 + resolution + width + 0 + side: resolution 2 = 203 dpi, 3 = 300 dpi, 6 = 600 dpi; width 4 = 4-inch (104 mm), 6 = 6-inch (168 mm); side L = left-hand, R = right-hand.

Left- and right-hand versions are mirror images, so the engine can be mounted on either side of the line. RFID assemblies for the 203 dpi engines, ribbon savers and spare printheads are listed as accessories.

Choose the PEX-2000 Series when you need 300 or 600 dpi or a 6-inch print width. The TSC PEX-1000 Series versions we offer are 4-inch, 203 dpi engines, also available left- or right-hand.
