The Citizen CT-E351 is a stylish, compact 80 mm thermal receipt printer with front paper exit, designed for hospitality and retail counters where looks matter. It prints sharp 203 dpi receipts at up to 250 mm/s, cuts them automatically and – at just 125 mm wide and 108 mm tall – fits neatly beside or under the counter. This version, CTE351XXEWX, is white with USB + serial (RS-232) interfaces; it comes with a Citizen AC adapter and a power cord with an EU (Schuko) plug – interface cables are not included.

⚠️ Please note: no interface cable is included. The printer cannot be connected to your computer or POS system without one – please order a USB cable separately: the Bixolon USB-KAB-G USB cable (USB A to B) fits, as does any standard USB 2.0 A-to-B printer cable.
💡 Useful extras: thermal paper rolls – 80 mm (Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60 (3013286) or Citizen 3623200) or 58 mm (Citizen 3621900); the Bixolon SER-KAB-9-9 RS-232 cable (9-pin) for a serial connection. The drawer kick-out port (24 V) can open up to two standard cash drawers automatically with every sale.

- 80 or 58 mm paper – the supplied partition switches the printer to 58 mm rolls in seconds.
- Two cash drawers – the RJ12 drawer kick-out port drives up to two 24 V cash drawers that open automatically with every sale.
- Logos and barcodes – 384 KB user memory for logos and user-defined characters; prints 1D barcodes, GS1 DataBar, PDF417 and QR codes.
- ESC/POS compatible – drivers for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS plus SDKs for iOS, Android and Windows; works with most POS software, including Loyverse.
- Simple to operate – two buttons, two status LEDs and an energy-efficient ENERGY STAR AC adapter (included).
