The Honeywell PC42E-T is a compact 4-inch thermal transfer desktop label printer for small warehouses, shops, offices and light production that need durable labels without industrial-printer cost. It prints product, shelf, shipping, asset and GHS chemical labels at 203 or 300 dpi, and every model includes Ethernet and USB as standard, so it can be shared on the network from day one. Thermal transfer printing with a ribbon keeps labels readable far longer than direct thermal.

PC42E-T or PC42E-D?
The PC42E-T uses a ribbon (thermal transfer), so labels last — the right choice for product, asset and chemical labels. The PC42E-D is the direct thermal version: no ribbon, simpler to run, and ideal for shipping labels that only need to last a few weeks.
